# How to Create Mandate.. 

> After UCC activation, create the client mandate immediately to enable seamless SIPs, lump-sum purchases, and future transactions without delays.

    Log in to your <kbd>Digital Partner Portal.</kbd>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Access Profile List" icon="List" iconType="duotone" stepNumber={2} titleSize="h3">
    Navigate to **Invest Online > Profile List > Search Client in Active Profile > Click on Menu Button (Three Dot) > Create Mandate.**
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Bank" icon="building-columns" iconType="duotone" stepNumber={3} titleSize="h3">
    1. Select bank (e.g., Bank of Baroda) from popup.
    2. Choose type:
       * **Physical Mandate**: 21 working days (needs client signature).
       * **NACH**: Activates in 3 working days.

    <Tip>
      Some banks are still not accepting ENACH (Aadhar Card, Debit Card).

    After clicking on Submit button you can see this Screen where you can find two button <kbd>Approve Now</kbd> & <kbd>Approve Later</kbd> \

    if you have with your clients then you can simply click on Approve Now button it will automatically redirect to the Exchange Payment gateway & you have to select Authorisation mode like

    1. Aadhar card
    2. Debit Card
    3. Net Banking

    Once the NACH (eMandate) process is complete, it activates after 3 working days, allowing you to generate transactions starting then.
